Thank you for shopping with High Tide Society. Here's everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You'll receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a shipping notification with tracking details once it's dispatched.
Shipping Times
We ship Australia-wide. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Standard Shipping: 7–20 business days
- Express Shipping (where available): 5–10 business days
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and can vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or peak periods. We appreciate your patience.
Shipping Costs
We offer free standard shipping on all Australian orders.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use this to monitor your delivery through the carrier's website. Please allow 2–3 business days after dispatch for tracking information to update.
Customs & Import
In rare cases, orders may be subject to customs inspection. Any applicable customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer. High Tide Society is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
