We want you to be completely satisfied with your High Tide Society purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Change of Mind Returns
We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In its original, undamaged packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at bailey.hightidesociety@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at bailey.hightidesociety@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We'll respond within 2 business days with return instructions
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
Items returned without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
